Q. Is there a minimum order?

A. You must have a minimum order total of $20.00 (not including shipping) to complete a purchase.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. We do offer wholesale pricing when you use our volume discounts. The lowest price is listed in the "Click here to check volume discounts" link below each bead photo and is based on quantity price breaks. In addition, we do offer additional discounts when purchasing full Swarovski factory packages. The size of the package varies based on the size and shape of the bead. Also, we offer an additional 5% off orders over $500.00 and 10% off orders over $1000.00. See the Wholesale and Special Order Information Page for more details.

Q. Can I combine colors, sizes and/or shapes to achieve the quantity discount price?

A. In order to qualify for the package quantity discounts, all of the items must be of the same color, size and shape.

Q. Can I order a Swarovski product that is not posted on your Web site?

A. Yes, we carry the full Swarovski components line. If there is something you need that is not on the Web site, we can special order it for you, in factory packages only, if available. However, there will be a minimum order quantity and a lead time of 10 days or more depending on product availability. All special orders must be paid at the time the order is placed and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Q. Can I order an item that is out of stock?

A. If an item is out of stock and you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please send us an e-mail (go to the Contact Us page) indicating the items you wish to purchase.  Note that an item that is out of stock may not be added to your current order. Also, remember to check the Color Chart page for alternatives to this product. Be sure to check back frequently as our Web site is updated as soon as our stock is replenished.

We do our best to insure adequate stock of all items. However, items can be in short supply due to inadequate factory production coupled with increased demand. Unfortunately, we often do not know when an out-of-stock item will become available. It is difficult and often impossible to determine when an out-of-stock item will become available. We’ll do our best to keep you posted, but please check back often.

Q. Will I have to pay sales tax?

A. Sales tax is applicable only to orders being shipped to destinations within the states of Florida and North Carolina (because of BestBuyBeads’ business locations). If you are a tax-exempt business with a current, valid Florida or North Carolina Resale Certificate please fax a copy to us at 704-243-2314. Sales tax can only be waived if a current copy of this document is on-file with us.

A. In order to keep our prices as low as possible and due to constantly changing inventory, we currently do not have a printed catalog. California Prop 65 Warning

A. Proposition 65: WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants.

Q.
What is the new bicone bead, article 5328?

A. Swarovski recently upgraded the entire 5301 bicone bead series to a more faceted cut which was renamed as article series 5328. This new Xillion cut bicone has more sparkle and brilliance due to the increase in the number of facets.

Please be assured that products 5301 and 5328 can be combined and used interchangeably as their dimensions and geometry are complimentary.

The old design is being phased out of production by Swarovski and the new article is available in the same assortment as the previous article 5301. Further, the increased number of facets of the 5328 enhances the overall appearance of the bead and the rounder belt line will result in improved wearing comfort of the finished design. The old style 5301 bicones will no longer be available as inventory runs out.

We plan to use the 5301/5328 product ID for the upgraded products.

A. We will accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase and ask that you do the following:

  • Returns must be in the full package quantity and in its original packaging.
  • Please package your return carefully (in a box) to avoid damage to the product.

Q. How do I use a coupon code?

Q. How can I get my package faster?

A.  Email or call us for even faster shipping options. USPS Express Mail (1-2 days to most locations) is available for an additional $18 over the regular shipping rates. Call us at (704)814-4709 or email us Service@BestBuyBeads.com. Orders must be received by 12:00 Noon EST Monday-Friday (except holidays) to be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next business day.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A.  At this time we ship to the United States and Canada only. Canadian orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International with the US Postal Service (7-21 business days expected delivery time due to Customs). Under most circumstances, orders placed before noon (Eastern Time) will ship the same day (Monday-Friday except holidays). Orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) will ship the next business day. Exceptions to our shipping policy, if applicable, will be noted on the order summary/checkout page. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a surcharge of up to $15.00, depending on package weight and size, (in addition to regular shipping rates) to cover additional shipping costs. Please note that all Canadian orders go through Canadian Customs, may be subject to duty and taxes, and therefore delivery times vary.

Q.  I tried to place an order, but it wouldn't go through. What's wrong?

A. There are a variety of reasons that an order will not go through. The web server may be busy or down, the connections from your service provider may be down, or there may be a problem with your computer or software. Please try to print your shopping cart (for future reference) and try to place your order at a later time. If you continue to experience problems please feel free to contact us.
 

 
Q. I get a message that I don't have "cookies" turned on. What is this?

A. Cookies are a common system for holding small bits of information on your machine for the purpose of managing your shopping cart. This allows us to tell the difference between one person's order, and another. Without this we cannot have a shopping cart system.  We do not store cookies permanently.
 

 
Q. I get a message that I'm being redirected to a non-secure server. Why?

A. The secure web server is used only when personal information is being transmitted over the internet (such as name, address, and credit card information). If the secure server is unavailable (busy or down) at the time you are entering the checkout phase of your order you may be re-directed to a search page.
