Q. Is there a minimum order?
A.
You must have a minimum order total of $15.00
(not including shipping) to complete a purchase.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. We do offer
wholesale pricing when you use our volume discounts. The lowest price is
listed in the "Click here to check volume discounts" link below each
bead photo and is based on quantity price breaks. In addition, we do
offer additional discounts when purchasing full Swarovski factory
packages. The size of the package varies based on the size and shape of
the bead. Also, we offer an additional 5% off orders over $500.00 and
10% off orders over $1000.00.

Q. Can I combine colors, sizes and/or
shapes to achieve the quantity discount price?
A. In order to qualify for
the package quantity discounts, all of the items must be of the same
color, size and shape.

Q. Can I order a
Swarovski product that is not posted on your
Web site?A.
Yes, we carry the
full Swarovski components line. If there is something you need that is
not on the Web site, we can special order it for you, in factory
packages only, if available. However, there
will be a minimum order quantity and a lead time of 10 days or more
depending on product availability. All special orders must be paid at
the time the order is placed and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Q. Can I order an item that is out of stock?
A. If an item is out of stock and you would
like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please send us an e-mail (go
to the Contact Us page) indicating the items you wish to purchase.
Note that an item that is out of stock may not be added to your current
order. Also,
remember to check the Color Chart page for alternatives to this product.
Be sure to check back frequently as our Web site is updated as
soon as our stock is replenished.
We do our best to insure adequate stock of all items.
However, items can be in short supply due to inadequate factory
production coupled with increased demand. Unfortunately, we often do not
know when an out-of-stock item will become available. It is difficult and often
impossible to determine when an out-of-stock item will become available.

Q. Will I have to pay sales tax?
A. Sales tax is
applicable only to orders being shipped to destinations within
the states of Florida and North Carolina (because of BestBuyBeads’
business locations). If you are a tax-exempt business with a current,
valid Florida or North Carolina Resale Certificate please fax a copy to
us at 704-243-2314. Sales tax can only be waived if a current copy of
this document is on-file with us.

A. Yes, of course. You can be
certain that your personal information is encrypted and secure. We will
never share your credit, e-mail or any other personal information with
anyone for any reason. To prevent unauthorized access and ensure correct

Q. Can I mail, e-mail, fax or phone my order to
you instead of placing the order on line?
A. Absolutely! Our Web site is the
fastest, most secure way to place an order. However, you are certainly
welcome to mail, e-mail, fax or phone your order to us.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, money orders and certified checks. Money orders and
certified checks should be made payable to Best Buy Beads, Inc. We do
not accept personal checks or
CODs. Note that orders paid by Certified Check or Money Order will not
be shipped until payment is received.

Q. Do you have a catalog?
A.
In order to keep our
prices as low as possible and due to constantly changing inventory, we
currently do not have a printed catalog. However, please feel free to
use your browser to print any of our product pages from the Web site.
Our Web site is always up-to-date with our current product selection
and pricing.

Q. How long is a millimeter (mm)?
A. There are
approximately 25 millimeters to an inch. A six millimeter bead is roughly ¼ of an inch
long.

A. If you are unsure
what a particular color looks like, we have several helpful color charts
devoted to this topic. First, our
color chart shows a
photo of the basic Swarovski®
colors. Second, we have devised a
color description chart that you may find useful. Please note that
the colors on the color chart may not be exact due to photography
limitations and differences in computer monitors. Also, all of the
styles are not available in all colors. The charts are a guide only.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We will
accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase and ask that
you do the following:
- Returns must be in the full package quantity and
in its original packaging.
- Please package your return carefully (in a box)
to avoid damage to the product.
- Include a note explaining the reason for the
return.
- Please be sure to include your full name,
e-mail address, order ID (from the invoice), address and daytime telephone
number.

Shipping
charges are the customer's responsibility. Returns may be subject to a
20% restocking/repackaging fee. Return authorization is not necessary.
However, if there was an error in your order or an item was received
damaged, please contact us via e-mail at

instructions.We do guarantee
that your product will arrive in excellent condition and we gladly
exchange any damaged items. However, special orders may not
be returned or refunded.

A. Yes we do, and
here's how!
- We offer a "Refer-A-Friend" discount.
After you place your order with BestBuyBeads.com tell your friends about us. When your friend
mentions your name and email address when placing his or her
first order, we'll send you a discount coupon valid for 5% off
your next order! It's that easy. Refer as many friends
as you would like and we'll continue to send the discount coupons your
way. But remember, only one discount may be applied toward each order.

Q. How do I use a coupon code?
A. View your shopping
cart (click on the shopping cart or the "Checkout" link) prior to
checking out and click on the link that says, "Click Here To Enter a
Coupon!". You will then be prompted for the coupon code. Please note
that you may use a coupon code only once, and only one coupon may be
applied to each order. If you enter more than one coupon code, the last
one you enter will be applied to the order. Most coupon codes expire 6
months after issue.
Coupon Details: Coupons do not apply
toward shipping/handling fees, Canadian surcharge, sales tax or toward
any special orders. Only one coupon may be used per order. Minimum order
applies.

Q. How are shipping & handling charges calculated?
A. Our regular
domestic shipping is via Priority Mail with the US Post Office.
Under most circumstances, orders placed before noon (Eastern Time) will
ship the same day (Monday-Friday except holidays). Orders placed after
noon (Eastern Time) will ship the next business day. Exceptions to our
shipping policy, if applicable, will be noted on the order
summary/checkout page. Shipping & handling charges include delivery
confirmation.

Q. How can I get my package faster?
A. For
UPS (United Parcel Service)
2 Day service or
Express Mail with the US Post Office, choose
"Premium Shipping" and add $14.00 to the regular shipping rates. Orders
must be received by 12:00 Noon EST Monday-Friday (except holidays) to be
shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next
business day. If you need your package sooner, please call 704-814-4709
for rates.

Q. Do you ship
internationally?
A. At this time
we ship to the United States and Canada only. Canadian orders will be
shipped via Priority Mail International with the US Postal Service (4-6
business days
expected shipping time). Under most circumstances, orders placed before
noon (Eastern Time) will ship the same day (Monday-Friday except
holidays). Orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) will ship the next
business day. Exceptions to our shipping policy, if applicable, will be
noted on the order summary/checkout page. Canadian customers
will be charged a surcharge of up to $11.00, depending on package
weight, (in addition to regular shipping
rates) to cover additional shipping costs.

Q. I tried to place an order, but
it wouldn't go through. What's wrong?
A.
There are a variety of reasons that an order
will not go through. The web server may be busy or down, the connections
from your service provider may be down, or there may be a problem with
your computer or software. Please try to print your shopping cart (for
future reference) and try to place your order at a later time. If you
continue to experience problems please feel free to
contact us.

Q. I get a message that I don't have "cookies" turned
on. What is this?
A.
Cookies are a common system for holding
small bits of information on your machine for the purpose of managing
your shopping cart. This allows us to tell the difference between one
person's order, and another. Without this we cannot have a shopping cart
system. We do not store cookies permanently.

Q. I get a message that I'm being
redirected to a non-secure server. Why?
A.
The secure web server is
used only when personal information is being transmitted over the
internet (such as name, address, and credit card information). If the
secure server is unavailable (busy or down) at the time you are entering
the checkout phase of your order you may be re-directed to a search
page. Please try to checkout again by clicking the shopping cart or
checkout link. Be assured that your personal information will never be
transmitted over a non-secure connection.
