Return Policy

We will accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase and ask that you do the following:

  • Returns must be in the full package quantity, in its original packaging and in sellable condition. The returned item will not be accepted if it has been used or damaged during transportation due to improper packaging.
  • Please package your return carefully (in a box) to avoid damage to the product.
  • Include a note explaining the reason for the return.
  • Please be sure to include your full name, e-mail address, order ID (from the invoice), address and daytime telephone number.

Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking/repackaging fee. 

Return authorization is not necessary. However, if there was an error in your order or an item was received damaged, please contact us via e-mail at service@bestbuybeads.com for return instructions.

We do guarantee that your product will arrive in excellent condition and we gladly exchange any damaged items. However, special orders may not be returned or refunded.
